International Class
The “Internationale Förderklasse” (IFK) is attended by students from many countries who have recently arrived in Germany and would like to learn German.
We offer

- Advice on career guidance on the one hand and school career on the other.
- Use of laptops/ iPads in lessons.
- Possibility to obtain a degree comparable to the first school-leaving certificate (Erster Schulabschluss/HS 9)

The “Internationale Förderklasse” (IFK) is open to all young people aged 16 and older who are new to Germany, who have not yet obtained a school-leaving qualification and would like to learn German.
Duration and degree
- 1 – 2 years
- Acquisition of a degree comparable to the first school-leaving certificate (Erster Schulabschluss/HS 9) possible.

Possibility of taking part in a performance test: “Leistungsfeststellungsprüfung” (LFP). If you pass the exam, you have the chance to attend a further education course, e. g. “Handelsschule”.
